Shipping & Returns


Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of our receiving your order. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground shipping or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are determined by product weight and size. 

Please note that Mayan Hands cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, inclement weather or customer error such as inaccurate or incomplete address information. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided, we reserve the right to charge/retain the shipping fees. 

International orders ship via USPS and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. 

Orders for Pick-up

Due to limited warehouse space, pickup orders must be collected within 5 business days. If your order is not picked up within that timeframe, we will ship the order to you and bill you for shipping. As a policy we do not hold orders, though we may be able to accommodate short holds on a case-by-case basis.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are dissatisfied, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and unused. Sales/Clearance items are not returnable. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction for the cost of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products have a 30 day warranty against defect. We will gladly replace any defective product during this period of time. For returns due to defect, Mayan Hands will incur return shipping costs.
