Matea Tote Bag with Randa Accent

The roomy Matea Bag is perfect to grab and go for trips to the farmers market or to carry for everyday use.

Our weaving partners have carefully adapted their traditional textiles for you. The exterior fabric, handwoven on the backstrap loom, features narrow bands of color accented with jaspe (ikat) and a central band of randa, all typical of tzutes, or carrying cloths from the Sololá region of Guatemala. The bag's interior is lined with recycled denim cloth and has two pockets, one of which has a zipper closure. Leather handles.
